Certain Products may include recurring Membership fees. By purchasing a Membership, you authorize us or our third-party payment processors to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation.
You may cancel a Membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@darkmoonhollow.xyz. Cancellation must occur before the renewal date to avoid additional charges.

8. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns only for defective Products reported within 30 days of purchase. Approved returns will receive a full refund. Non-defective Products, digital items, and Memberships are non-refundable unless required by law.

Physical Products will be shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Shipping costs, delivery times, and risk of loss are disclosed at purchase. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information.
